Oriental Peanut Satay
Classic Oriental sauce, provided in a
rich version to facilitate blending as a wide range of uses. Great for
hors d'oeuvres and dipping.

Use a base for dressings, sauces and dips. Extend with chicken stock for
classic peanut sauce accompanying brochettes. Blend with coconut milk for
stir fry sauce or dip for chicken or fish fingers. Add to an oriental oil
and vinegar base for peanut salad dressing, or a light dipping sauce for
eggrolls, spring rolls or wontons. Mix with mayonnaise for tangy peanut
dip, condiment for sushi, sashimi and dim sum.
