Primarily used as a traditional "jerk" marinade. Due to it's hot and
spicy nature, this product may be extended using juices, vinegars, oils
or water to suit particular tastes. Excellent marinade for chicken wings/breast,
pork, shrimp, scallops. May be extended and incorporated with honey and
marmalades as sweet and spicy barbecue sauce, sweet and spicy jerk mayonnaise
for dipping sauce.
