Caribbean Jerk Marinade

Authentic ingredients carefully selected and prepared to produce this island favorite. Incorporates Jamaican Scotch Bonnet peppers and Cuban culantro to create a distinct Caribbean flavor. Hot and Spicy!

Primarily used as a traditional "jerk" marinade. Due to it's hot and spicy nature, this product may be extended using juices, vinegars, oils or water to suit particular tastes. Excellent marinade for chicken wings/breast, pork, shrimp, scallops. May be extended and incorporated with honey and marmalades as sweet and spicy barbecue sauce, sweet and spicy jerk mayonnaise for dipping sauce.
