Floridian Jerk Marinade
A true "taste of Florida" is achieved
by combining the island flavors of a traditional jerk with the distinct
aroma and flavor of citrus and coconut. Slightly sweet, not as hot
as the Caribbean Marinade.

Applications similar to Caribbean Jerk. Finished product will not
be as hot, but slightly sweeter with citrus flavors. May be extended
with citrus juices, coconut milk, oils. Excellent base for zesty tropical
dip, combined with mayonnaise and marmalade. Menu suggestions for
Caribbean and Floridian Jerk Marinades are interchangeable.
