Napolitano Sun Dried Tomato Pesto
A zesty blend of sun dried tomatoes,
garlic, herbs and pecorino cheese. Goes great with pastas.

- Ravioli Stuffed with Sundried Tomato Pesto and Goat Cheese
- Angel Hair Pasta with Creamy Sundried Tomato Sauce

May be extended with stock and/or heavy cream as sauce for pastas,
or grilled/baked/roast poultry. Great topping or filler for foccacio,
pizza, breads, tortellini and ravioli. Extended with oil and vinegar
for Sundried Tomato Vinaigrette, blended with mayonnaise for dip or
salad dressing. Toss with hot or cold pastas, grilled or steamed vegetables.
