Moroccan Chermoula Marinade

Chermoula Sauce is the classic Moroccan marinade for fish, chicken and lamb. This mildly spiced North African version of Mojo, combines the flavors of garlic, cumin, paprika, saffron, cayenne pepper and lemon juice to enhance the flavor of fish and meats for grilling and roasting.

  • Baked Whole Snapper with Chermoula sauce
  • Roast Lamb Tenderloin with Chermoula fig glaze
  • Poached Seafood with Chermoula Lime Vinaigrette
