Of Indian origin, hot & spicy spinach and lentil based condiment. Excellent for vegetarian dishes.

Menu Suggestions:
  • Grilled tofu in Sag Dhal sauce
  • Tandori chicken in Sag Dhal sauce
  • Grilled vegetables with Sag Dhal dipping sauce

May be used as a spread or dip for flat breads, on chicken, tofu and vegetables, or as a sauce base. May be extended or cooled down with yogurt or sour cream.
