Adobo Sauce

A traditional Mexican marinade from the Oxaca region. Bursting with sun dried tomatoes, Ancho and Chippotle chilies, and authentic Mexican herbs and spices. Similar to our Mole, only a little spicier.

Menu Suggestions:
  • Basted Adobo pork tenderloin
  • Slow roasted porkloin with Adobo Glaze
  • Sauteed Snapper in Adobo Buerre Blanc
  • Adobo crusted leg of lamb

Ideal as a marinade for lamb, pork, chicken and firm fish.
