Egyptian Mint Pesto

An interesting blend of mint and roasted nuts with a hint of exotic imported honey and citrus.

Menu Suggestions:
  • Mescaline & Pecan Salad with Citrus Mint Dressing
  • Roast Rack of Lamb with Mint Pesto
  • Fresh Mint Couscous
  • Grilled Vegetables with Mint Pesto
  • Roast Pork Loin with Mint Chutney
An accompaniment to meats, especially lamb and pork, as a garnish. Also may be used to marinate vegetables, or mixed with mayonnaise as a dip for vegetables. May also be used as base for salad dressing, blended with orange marmalade, mayonnaise and vinegar.
