Mediterranean Style Basil Pesto

Classic version of a traditional pesto available in a several varietal basils including green leaf, opal mint and lemon basil. Other basils available upon request.

Pesto Grilled Chicken Tortellini with Basil Cream Sauce Pesto Grilled Fish Creamy Basil Dipping Sauce Pesto Crusted Veal Medallions Pesto Vinaigrette Basil Grilled Summer Vegetables Scallops Baked in Lemon & Basil Butter Pesto Toasted Croutons

May be extended with heavy cream for cream sauce, mixed with mayonnaise for dipping, add to oil and vinegar for basil vinaigrette, marinade for poultry, meats, seafood, as well as grilled and sautéed vegetables. May be used in and on bread, blended into butter for basil butter, tossed on hot or cold pasta.
