Excellent marinade for poultry, seafood, meats, game and vegetables. Marinade may be extended by adding lemon juice, stocks or oils. May also be blended into butter for steaks, vegetables or bread. Whisk into mayonnaise for dipping sauce to accompany appetizers. Mix with heavy cream for use on pasta dishes, as well as grilled meats, poultry and seafood.
