Candied Lime Chutney
A little sweet. A little heat.
This candied lime base chutney serves traditional as well as untraditional
chutney purposes in a new and exciting way. Colorful too!
Menu Suggestions:
- Chicken Fingers with Lime Chutney Drizzle Sauce
- Candied Lime Basted Snapper
- Dim Sum with Candy Lime Chutney Vinaigrette

Chutneys created as a condiment to accompany chicken or beef satay,
chicken or fish fingers, jerk chicken/pork/fish, blackened, baked or grilled
fish/poultry/beef. Mix with other diced fruits such as melons to make fruit
salsas. Excellent blended with mayonnaise as dipping sauce for appetizer,
pates, terrines, empanadas, quesadillo, and meat patties. May be extended
with oil and vinegar to make colorful lime vinaigrette or Margarita Salad
Dressing. May also be blended with lime, orange or other juice to create
"drizzle sauce".
